Ross Roe's legacy lives on through the family, employees, customers, and community members whose lives he touched. During his 91 years, he built more than a successful business—he built a culture centered on caring for others, working hard, and giving back to the community. Ross believed that success was measured not only by what you achieved, but by how you treated people along the way. His values were reflected in some of his final words: • Be good, remember, be good. • Be nice to people. • There are always people very much in need. • Tell our friends. These simple yet powerful principles continue to guide Roe Motors today. Every customer interaction, every act of service, and every effort to support our community reflects the foundation Ross established. The greatest tribute we can offer Mr. Roe is to carry forward his commitment to kindness, integrity, and service—taking care of our customers, our employees, and our community for generations to come.

Steve is the General Manager of Roe Motors. Over the past 45 years, Steve has worked in nearly every department of a dealership, including Roe Motors - a second generation, family owned business. Roe Motors has earned the Better Business Bureau Business of the Year for Oregon and SW Washington, the Cadillac Master Dealer award and the Family Business of the Year from OSU - Austin School of Business. Since earning the rank of Eagle Scout as a teenager, Steve has been personally committed to community organizing and contribution. Examples include work with the Chamber of Commerce, Asante Health System board, Rogue Gateway Rotary and Crater Lake Boy Scout Council. In 2016, Steve went through with a promise to shave his head when the Roe Motors team met its fundraising goal and raised $15,116 for the Grants Pass Relay for Life. In addition, Roe Motors raised over $4,000 in a 5-hour car wash to benefit the Blue Slide Project for a handicap accessible playground at Parkside School. Steve has an Automotive Marketing and Accounting degree from Northwood University and a Masters in Management degree from Southern Oregon University. He lives in Grants Pass with his wife Kristi (a 1st grade teacher at Allen Dale Elementary) and their therapy dogs. His two daughters are grown. Steve enjoys Diamond Lake, reading, computer technology and giving back to others.

Lori has been part of the Roe Motors family for nearly 40 years, working alongside her brother, Steve Roe. She loves calling Southern Oregon home, where she enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe. Outside of the dealership, Lori can often be found hiking trails and capturing the beauty of nature through photography.

Hope is Roe Motors' beloved dealership mascot and resident morale booster. A Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and registered therapy dog, Hope brings smiles, comfort, and a calming presence to customers, employees, and visitors alike. Alongside Steve, Hope extends her impact beyond the dealership by visiting schools, libraries, local hospitals, the Oregon Youth Authority, and other community organizations. Through these visits, she provides comfort, encouragement, and connection to people of all ages. Whether she's greeting customers at Roe Motors or supporting members of the community, Hope embodies the values that matter most—kindness, compassion, and meaningful human connection. Her gentle spirit serves as a daily reminder that even the smallest acts of care can make a lasting difference.

Mike Hoglen has called Southern Oregon home since 1985. With nearly 40 years in the automotive industry, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and—most importantly—a genuine passion for taking care of people. At Roe Motors, Mike is joined by his wife, Carol, who serves as the office manager. Together, they help create the welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere customers have come to appreciate. When he’s not helping customers find the right vehicle, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors camping, fishing, and golfing. But above all, one of his greatest joys in life is being a grandpa.

Stephanie Dean has been on the Roe Motors team since 2014. She began her career in the office before moving into the finance department, where her customer-first approach helped her grow into her current role as Finance Director. Stephanie and her husband, David, share a big blended family with six daughters and three grandchildren who keep life fun and busy. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys attending food festivals, wine tasting, hiking, estate sales, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Matt Meade brings a broad base of knowledge and experience to the Roe Motors team and our customers. Fluent in English, Norwegian, and German, Matt enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his dog, Ryn, exploring the outdoors, and hiking whenever he gets the chance. A true car enthusiast and music lover, Matt also has an impressive collection of more than 600 albums.

Hi, I'm Amy Fox. I was born in Portland, Oregon but didn't live there for long. My family moved to Panama when I was 18 months old. When I was 6, we moved to Washington, where I graduated from the same high school my mother graduated from. I have an Associate's Degree from Edmonds Community College. I moved to Grants Pass in 2001 and started working for Roe Motors, where I met and dated my husband Jeff (he works in the Service Department).

Randy Hollenbeck was born and raised in Grants Pass and is proud to be a second-generation member of the Roe Motors family. His connection to the dealership runs deep — his father spent more than 35 years working in the Roe Motors sales department. When Randy isn’t at work, you’ll usually find him outdoors enjoying everything Southern Oregon has to offer, including camping, rafting, mushroom picking, photography, and beekeeping. Above all, Randy’s favorite role is being a dad to his daughter, Lily, a talented middle school competitive gymnast who keeps him cheering from the sidelines.

My name is Jeff Fox and was born in Eugene Oregon. I have lived in Grants Pass for over 30 years. I enjoy working at Roe Motors and get to meet many great customers every day. I have 3 children and 1 grandson (William Fox Jr.). I met my wife Amy Fox at Roe motors and enjoy working with her every day. I enjoy working for the Roe family and have for many years. The team we have at Roe Motors is like no other.
