The person doing the service lacked housekeeping skills. Spilled DEF all over inside and outside the fuel door. Only cleaned off the paint. Had greasy hands on the doorhandle, oil smudge on the paint and chrome strip on the window moulding, steering wheel , and the inside door handle. Rotated the tires and changed the pressures in the tires as I directed them not to do as they were set to my preferance.

Amy Fox was very pleasant and no pressure. I had a serious problem soon after the purchase that Roe was not legally responsible to fix. It was something that could have been prevented before my purchase. The issue was repaired at no cost to me with no push back. The Service Dept, Jeff Fox handled everything perfectly. It is nice to deal with a dealer that is the same as the TV commercial. I am 78 years old and have purchased many vehicles, this is a first. Thank you.

I had my car repaired at Rowe Motors because I can trust them to do a excellent job. I had my air conditioner repaired and all the appropriate new parts installed. The intermittent problem was not found in the initial testing. Jeff found a GM bulletin that explained the problem and the solution. The repair required ordering a part which took 2 days so I was offered a loaner vehicle. Excellent service.

While the customer service is Always Excellent, we were Very disappointed with the mechanics performance. Our truck was returned to is with terrible scratches on the gloss black bumper where he stood to reach the engine bay, there are pry marks in the dash, grease all over the inside of the windshield and the cab wreaks of coolant (not sure that’s the mechanics fault). However Brent, Jeff and Dave have always done a great job taking care of us at the service desk.

Work order 127980: according to the ‘tire inspection’ part of the invoice, psi was set to 35lbs . Checked after I left the dealership and the psi was 27lbs, same as before I dropped it off. Therefore I question the validity of any other inspection reports done.

The warranty work was done promptly. I appreciated that. I found out driving home however (I live in Yreka, Ca.) that two of the safety features that were supposed to be fixed still were not functioning. I called the next day and talked to Brent about it. After talking to several of his workmates and me doing some research we decided that my vehicle must not be equipped with ACC. Seems to me that your service team should have figured that out much sooner. (I bought the truck new from your dealership, Jan. 2019) The collision alert is still not working. FYI your service team installed a new front camera. Supposedly road tested it and turned it back to me as everything functioning. Not. FYI this was my third trip to Grants Pass (80 miles) for this issue.

While the issues with my 2024 GMC Canyon with 5600 miles should never have occurred, ROE Motors did everything possible to make the repair experience pleasant. I had hoped GM would have employed better quality, maybe approaching Toyota's TPS. I would expect GM to deep dive the issues and look at: training, process, vendor quality, design weakness and lastly and likely not the issue, the employee who did the value add step in the assembly process.

As always, Brent and Jeff take the extra time to do everything right the first time. I was scheduled for service and 30,000 mile engine service. They noticed I had a radiator leak and worked that in so I would not have to come back. The sales staff and service staff are exceptional in helping everyone!!!

They are always polite, helpful, full of auto knowledge, but most of all, they always have good coffee. Lol I have a Hugh medical issue. The Dr. fractured my hip in 3 places while doing a total hip replacement. I have been transfered to 4 different hospitals, and when I was in Asante in Medford Steve Roe and his dog, Hope came to my room 2 times. He does it for others, and didn't even know I was in there until after he choose my room randomly. Such a Blessing. God shines through the Roe family, and their workers. Blessings to them.

I always have my car serviced at Roe Motors. Love Brent and Jeff in service department. Friendly and helpful. As a person unfamiliar with car repairs and the why things are needed I like that they explain all of it to me. I’m sure they are exhausted at the end of the day having to explain to customers about repairs and the whys. They never make me feel like I’m imposing . Brent and I always swap dog stories too. Very personable and knowledgeable, that’s why I’m a loyal customer.
